Someone has defaced the statue of Canada's first prime minister at Place du Canada.
A video was posted of the Sir. John A. MacDonald statue being spray painted.
The description says:
"Group of anonymous local anti-colonial, anti-racist, anti-capitalist activists successfully defaced monument to Canada’s 1st Prime Minister, John A. Macdonald". There is an anti-racism and anti-hate protest getting underway soon at Place Emilie-Gamelin, near the Berri-UQAM metro stations."
