The Montreal Alouettes warming up this January morning with a major announcement.
Looks as if they have the quarterback they have been looking for since the retirement of Anthony Calvillo.
The club has announced it has acquired the rights to two-time Grey Cup Champion and two time all-star Darian Durant from the Saskatchewan Roughriders
In a Tweet this morning the Alouettes said it was a decision "aligned with the organization's new plan".
The Alouettes are giving up a fourth round selection (32nd overall) in the 2017 CFL Draft and a conditional 2nd round selection in the 2018 CFL Draft.
