Montreal police are still working to identify suspects after an armed attack in Montreal North.
The 21-year-old man was attacked by eight people at the intersection of Balzac and Amos in the borough while parking his car. The men were all wearing hoodies that obscured their faces, and police say the victim was unable to get a good look at his attackers' faces.
He suffered stab wounds to his thigh and shoulder, but his life is not in danger. The suspects all fled shortly after the altercation took place.
Though police have not confirmed a motive yet, they suspect the incident may have been an attempt to carjack the victim.
