Mark Lafleur, the troubled son of hockey legend Guy Lafleur, has been arrested in connection with a series of break and enters in the Montreal area.
Lafleur, 32, was one of four people arrested at a home on Des Alouettes St. in north shore Blainville on Wednesday night.
The arrests came as police probed a series of recent break and enters in Pointe Claire and across the West Island.
The four range in age from 20 to 36.
The four are expected to be formally charged at the Montreal courthouse in the coming days.
Mark Lafleur has been in trouble with the law before. Back in 2009, he was convicted of 23 charges including assault, dangerous driving and cannabis production.
In 2010, while he was on probation following that incident, he was arrested in connection with a domestic violence call. Police also discovered a small quantity of drugs in the home.
