Two people are in police custody after a restaurant was firebombed in N.D.G. early Tuesday morning.
Montreal police say the Boustan restaurant, on Sherbrooke St. near Grand Blvd., had a Molotov cocktail thrown through its front window at around 1:20 a.m.
Two officers responding to another call saw two people near the scene — a 39-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man. They were brought in for questioning.
The fire was contained quickly, and the restaurants owners say on their Facebook page that "we will try our best to open as soon as possible today".
