Sunday's Municipal elections stretched across the province. Here are some of the results from the areas around the Island of Montreal.
In Laval, Quebec's third largest city, Mayor Marc Demers was re-elected with 46 per cent of the vote, more than 30 per cent more than his closest opponent. Joining Demers at City Hall will be:
