Operation Nez Rouge kicks off its holiday drive home service early

Operation Nez Rouge is up and running, a week earlier than usual.

The holiday drive home service reported more than two-thousand volunteers drove more than 19-hundred people home safely Friday night.

72 trips were made in Montreal.

The figure for Sherbrooke was 186, the busiest in the province.

The service began earlier because it said an increasing number of holiday parties are being held earlier.
