A Montreal mother has expressed outrage after a photo company offered to retouch her daughter's elementary school photos, including improving the look of her chest.
Karine Richard, from Repentigny, says the thought that children need to have their images altered is offensive.
A form from the company in order for the family to receive the pictures says "please check the correct box for desired retouch."
Body parts listed includes eyes, cheeks, mouth as well as chest.
"If you have pimples or something this is what you are, tomorrow you're gonna wake up and you're still gonna have these pimples", said Richard in an interview with CTV.
The company, Spec Photo, which has been operating for some 50 years, has since modified the form, which says corrections to photos are now minor.
