Strong winds, the snow last evening and the rain overnight have caused a few issues on the roads, at the airport , and for Hydro Quebec.
There are power failures across a wide swath of Quebec this morning and a spokesman for Hydro Quebec says the outages may take some time to repair because the strong winds make it dangerous for crews to approach power lines.
At mid-morning more than 68,000 Hydro Quebec clients were without electricity.
