The Quebec Liberal party's convention continues this weekend after getting underway in Quebec City Friday night.
Members are gathered to discuss policy heading into next year's provincial election as well as celebrate the party's 150th anniversary.
Premier Philippe Couillard addressed the convention Friday night, stressing the Liberals are a party for all Quebecers, whether they speak English or French.
Couillard also appears to be considering Francois Legault and the Coalition Avenir Quebec as his main opponent, taking shots at Legault claiming the CAQ leader frequently juggles his convictions on many issues.
Around 1,400 delegates will meet again Saturday and Sunday.
