WARNING: Video contains graphic images
The shooter fires three quick shots before leaving the view of the camera.
Other people inside the airport attempt to take cover behind anything they can find, while those who cannot find cover drop to the floor with their hands over their heads.
A spokesperson for the airport told CNN there is currently an investigation involving law enforcement to determine how the video was leaked.
Esteban Santiago, 26, will appear in Federal court Monday. He is charged with an act of violence at an international airport resulting in death, a crime that carries a maximum sentence of execution.
