It was garbage day yesterday on de la Congregation street in Point St. Charles - but workers for Dorval snow removal company Les Pavages d'Amour didn't seem to notice.
Their plows pushed garbage bags out into the street, and then spread it everywhere as they were clearing snow.
Angry residents recorded it and shared it on social media.
The company drew anger a few weeks ago when a plow driver was seen running over a street sign and a bike in neighbouring Griffintown.
City councillor for the Sud Ouest borough Craig Sauvé says he hopes the company can face a penalty.
If you wreck public property, if you wreck private property, then there could be fines applied. And the fines are different ranging, and that's what we're looking at right now."
Calls to Les Pavages d'Amour went unanswered.
The company is in the first year of a five-year contract to clear snow in part of the Sud Ouest borough.
