Weekend road closures December 1417
If you're planning on getting around the city this weekend, you may want to consider taking the metro, or look into renting a helicopter.
Expect major road closures this weekend, especially on Hwy. 20 and Route 136. Some closures in the Turcot and Saint-Pierre interchanges as well.
The Bonaventure will see one lane closed W/B between the Clément and Victoria bridges, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday.
Two of three lanes will be closed on Hwy.10, 15 and 20 from Friday 11 p.m. until Saturday 9 a.m.
Starting Friday at 11:59 p.m. until Monday 5:00 a.m., the following closures will be in effect:
- Hwy. 15 N/B betwen exit 58 - Hwy 10 West, Montreal (downtown) and the entrance from De La Vérendrye.
- Hwy. 20 E/B between exit 60 - Aut. 13 North, Laval, 32nd Ave., Mirabel Airport and Turcot Interchange.
- Hwy. 20 ramp E/B to Hwy. 15 N/B, and Hwy. 20 ramp E/B to Hwy. 15 S/B.
- Route 136/Hwy. 20 W/B in the Turcot Interchange will close from Friday.
- The ramp from Route 138 E/B, from the Honoré-Mercier Bridge, to Hwy. 20 E/B.
- Only one lane will be open on 136 E/B between Turcot and Exit 2 - Atwater Ave.
A new stretch of Hwy. 20 E/B between Angrignon and Turcot will open to traffic starting Monday morning. Officials are reminding motorists to pay attention to the road signs there.
