Police are looking for an armed suspect that witnesses said sprayed bullets inside a St-Michel resto-bar in the wee hours of Friday morning.
A lone gunman entered the Resto Bar Lucky 7 on Jarry St., near St-Michel Blvd. around 2 a.m., police spokesman Benoit Boisselle said.
Witnesses told the responding officers he seemed to fire several shots at random, before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction, Boisselle added.
A 25-year-old woman was hit in the arm. She was taken to hospital but, according to Boisselle, there are no fears for her life.
Jarry St. was closed between St.Michel and 10th Ave. was closed overnight for officers to further investigate.
The suspect remains at large.
